Select Gift Boxes Inc. operates the Orynset company website. Orynset is a working brand. This notice covers this company website and related enquiries sent to support@orynset.com. It does not cover the operation of an installed app or a Shopify store.
Information in an enquiry
If you email us, the information involved may include your email address, name, message, attachments, and information you choose to provide. Email enquiries are handled through an existing Google Workspace mailbox. Sending to the support address does not create an account or a paid service. We use enquiry information to understand and respond to the matter you raise and to handle related administrative or privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or customer records. Use sample values and remove identifying information from screenshots. A person reviews enquiries and approves outgoing replies. AI may assist with drafting only on explicit request; it is not connected as an automatic inbox reader, forwarding service, monitoring service, or sender.
Website and example data
The static website files do not integrate a contact form, analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, cookies, or browser storage. The rule illustration uses sample inputs within your browser; these files do not send those inputs to us. An email link opens your email application, where you decide whether to send a message. This website does not automatically send email or forward enquiries to an AI service.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When serving it, Cloudflare may process technical information about requests, such as IP addresses and interactions with the website, to provide and protect its services. Google Workspace processes information involved in email enquiries. Provider retention, recovery, and processing arrangements are separate from our manual enquiry policy. We do not specify an unverified processing country, hosting-log retention period, or account-specific backup schedule.
Retention and deletion
Our approved management policy for ordinary Orynset enquiries is a standard retention period of 12 months after the enquiry is closed, with a manual review each quarter. Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed. If a dispute or legal retention requirement applies, we record the basis and retention period separately. This policy does not cover gift-box transactions, tax records, or other business records in the shared mailbox. This is a manual process, not a promise that all copies will be automatically erased on the 12-month date. Google Workspace recovery, backup, archiving, or hold arrangements may affect when particular copies are removed; we do not promise immediate erasure of provider-held copies. No account-wide deletion rule is created by this website.
Privacy enquiries
Contact support@orynset.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information in your enquiry. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction, or deletion. A request may require proportionate identity checks and consideration of applicable obligations or exceptions. Please provide only the information needed to identify your enquiry; do not email identity documents unless a necessary and appropriate process has been agreed.
Separate products
MinOrdra is in development. Any future app will require its own privacy information based on its verified permissions, data flows, providers, retention, and deletion arrangements. This website notice does not establish those app arrangements.
